Mr. Jerry Moll, IOM, AOM, MA, MPA

Jerry was born in southern Michigan in the city of Jackson. He was raised by his step-father Tony Moll and by his mother Mary. Jerry was the youngest of six children in the family. As a young boy, he was often seen with his father Tony in the family tool and die business, Jackson Automatic Corporation and Len Industries. As a teenager, Jerry accepted Christ as his Savior and Lord. When Jerry was fifteen years old, his father sold the companies and the family moved to northern Michigan twenty miles from the small town of Onaway. It was there that Jerry experienced his first opportunities of leadership. As a high school student, Jerry preached nine sermons in church, became a State Farmer by helping oversee a registered live stock farm of the family, helped his parents with taking care of a hunting lodge, worked in a family new car dealership, won the Michigan State Public Speaking Championship for the Future Farmers of America, served as vice president of the student body, and captain of the football team.

Jerry graduated from Central Michigan University (CMU) with a Bachelor of Arts. He majored in communications and public address and earned minors in Spanish, sociology, and political science. During his time at CMU, he worked in the summer time at Ford Motor Company's River Rouge Steel Mill in Dearborn. Upon graduation from college, he worked for Ford Motor Company in Indianapolis and went on to graduate school full time at Indiana University-Bloomington (IUB). While at IUB, he earned a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies and a Master of Public Affairs from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA). Jerry was given the opportunity of leadership again by serving as this nationally ranked school's Alumni Association President. Upon graduation from IUB, Jerry was chosen to work for the Speaker of the Indiana House of Representatives as the Speaker's Administrative Assistant.

Jerry then became President of the Greater LaPorte Indiana Chamber of Commerce and, several years later, was recruited to become the President of the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. In both Muncie and LaPorte, Jerry led efforts to see the chambers become accredited by the US Chamber of Commerce. Under Jerry's leadership, both organizations prospered financially, with the Muncie Chamber annual budget exceeding $1.8 million. Jerry led programs to greatly strengthen the cities' local economies. In fact, Muncie raised more money per capita for economic development than any other US city at that point in time ($10,000,000 TVM Calculation). Jerry also served as President and CEO of the 2,000 member Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry and as President of the Hilton Head Island Chamber of Commerce.   

Jerry entered the automobile business with his brother Bill in Knoxville, TN and was recruited to become the General Manager and ultimately the owner of a J.D. Byrider franchise in the Nashville market. During Jerry's almost thirteen year tenure with J.D. Byrider, his store(s) earned the Best Image Award, achieved the highest audit score of any Byrider franchisee in the system, was named Outstanding General Manager of the Year on two separate occassions, received the President's Achievement Award, and the Standard of Excellence Award. 

Jerry's most recent career calling is to serve as the Founder, President, and CEO of Living Sent Ministries. To Jerry, this is the most important assignment of his life. He is on a passionate mission to "inspire and equip business and professional leaders to live out their Christian faith." It is about "Connecting Sunday to Monday." A primary core principle of the ministry is "God gave you your business or job to build the Kingdom." Jerry's prayer is to help transform leader's lives, businesses and organizations, and the community around them. A leader's life, business, and city transformation beyond Sunday are at the heart of the ministry. Jerry lives in Hendersonville, Tennessee with his beautiful wife Ramona and their two girls.
