Based on your contractual requirements and allocated budget, we will work with you to understand your current and near future streaming quality requirements. We will then implement a fully customized storage, encoding and delivery model that will fit all your needs. Keep in mind that we can always compress your media further to save money on storage, bandwidth and streaming contracts, but can never improve quality. The old principle "bad in, bad out" applies here.
Once all parties are on board with a plan, we will import your metadata from your current archive and then upload your media to your new online Miracle Media archive. We will setup one or several of our archive uploader(s) on your servers and point it to your best quality digital content. It will preconvert all media to the best possible format that you will require to support all your broadcasting needs. It will upload these videos to your new online archive and if desired drop a copy of the newly converted videos in a local archive of choice.
All videos will be automatically encoded by our scalable encoding servers. You will be provided with dedicated conversion queues and encoding server, so you will never be delayed by any other client's onboarding activities.
In parallel, we will provide access to your media director and programming team to our web-based scheduling software to build out your channel line-up. The system is a multi-channel, multi-purpose, multi-site and multi-lingual solution. This means that you can decide to have separate archives with separate user access for specific content and distribute that content to one or multiple channels.
Regrading your satellite or cable headends, we have hardware and software transcoders in place to assure constant bitrate delivery to your service providers. We will setup meetings with them to test the delivery and assure smooth transition new streaming solution.
