In-house video production and live streaming of events have come a long way in the last ten years. Today, many cameras are available from mobile phones, moderately priced digital video cameras and professional video production equipment.

Using the scalable Miracle Media live streaming servers, we will give you all the bandwidth you need to reach your audience with your live streaming event. Our video streaming experts will coach you in best practices for streaming settings and options to ensure continous streams with the best possible picture and audio quality.

On your production site, you will need a way to connect your cameras or switching board to a computer or tricaster and you will need live encoding software such as Flash Media Live Encoder or XSplit. You will need to enter settings that we will provide to you.

There are many live encoders available, even mobile phone apps, and you can be setup and ready to broadcast with us within hours. However if you select a new production venue, we recommend to start planning early, so that any potential problems can be eliminated before the event. Your web developer will need to embed our Miracle Media live player widget which will automatically deliver the right live video stream to any browser or end user device.

If needed, we can record a copy of your live stream for future use for your video-on demand archive, however we generally recommend to keep a higher quality copy on your equipment and upload later to get the best possible results for further distribution.

When it comes to live production with the high level of professionalism that you see on television, it takes experience. We partner with video production teams and provide end-to-end event streaming services from camera to screen with multi-camera shoots and a focus on the details that give the audience the best possible high-end live experience. After the event, we will supply a DVD with the recorded session as well as upload the video to your online Miracle Media archive.

Playback quality is dependent on multiple factors, such as live encoding formats and quality, media server streaming capacity, buffering and distribution options such as multi-bitrate delivery options, and finally the quality of the video player.

We use adaptive bitrate streaming to reach our audience with the best possible picture and audio quality. We use RTMP- and HTTP based Live video broadcasting protocols, and deliver SMIL and M3U8 formats. We are HTML5 compliant, and support any Flash-based video player with HTML5 fallback, such as JWPlayer.

Large events require custom pricing estimates to assure the required bandwidth capacity and speed necessary to deliver to all your end users, casually called a "dedicated pipe". Simply put it quarantees the delivery the best possible result to the estimated amount of users, potentially burstable to another defined factor, e.g. 2x.
