For clients with large amounts of media, we will help you with the assessment of your needs and will custom configure our capacity model to support the onboarding of your video archive via our batch onboarding model and automated linkage to your existing metadata repository which would be migrated your Miracle Media media library from your existing system thus speeding the time to market for your team.
From past experience we have on-boarded media and encoded for delivery via VOD, broadcast, and OTT models at about 700 hours of HD media per week encoded to 5 versions from 100Kbps to 5Mbps bitrates. Now that’s fast! However, if you have an even faster need for media onboarding, we can increase this capacity by simply adding more dedicated encoding engines to your account.

Paramount to the Miracle Media technology stack is its componentized architecture. This allows for capacity to be augmented when needed at the correct location within Miracle Media’s cloud ecosystem. For example, when a high quantity of new media needs to be on-boarded and encoded, the Miracle Media platform adapts by adding more encoding engines to support the increase, then reduces after the load drops; or as higher volume of viewers hit the system the platform routes traffic via multiple global CDN’s to ensure high quality edge caching of content and low latency of delivery to the end user.
We also work with 3rd party CDN vendors to deliver even higher availability with a global presence for high quality media delivery at additional monthly cost.
With our primary CDN partner Highwinds, we host video in over 25 datacenter locations worldwide. The third-generation architecture used by their network allows for the best in reliability and scalability. Plus, it boasts bandwidth capacity and speeds found in only a handful of networks.
