Upon receiving your request, one of our team members will contact you and settle all the details of project goals and desired functionality. During the discussion, we will help you make an exact list of requirements which will include all details. If necessary, we will schedule a demo as part of the discussion. A sales representative will then inform you about the cost of your project and the exact timeframe for performing custom programming. Upon your agreement, we will issue an invoice for the project. Please note that the preliminary discussion of your project is free of charge.

After the invoice is paid, our engineers start working on design and development of the change. To make sure that the development process will not affect the functionality of your existing service, we will perform all modifications on our test server using a partial set of your data retrieved from your media library. It also allows us to demonstrate the new functionality so you can examine how your updates will look and make any comments or request changes if necessary. Also, during development the engineers are accessible for questions and comments from your side.

After receiving your approval, we will deploy the modifications onto the live environment. This process also includes careful testing of new features and regression testing of existing functionality. After deployment, we will inform you.

After the deployment, the warranty period starts. All bugs revealed within this period will be fixed at no charge.
